Jim Barstow has been involved in sales and industrial management all of his adult life. His industrial management expertise is particularly evident in the areas of facility and equipment design and utilization. All entities operate at state of the art efficiency with most of the equipment designed and constructed in company shops. This mechanical capacity is evident and effective throughout the Barstow entities.
 

Karen Barstow has a Masters Degree in Education from California State University, Fresno and provides the operation with a high level of office management, financial analysis, and personnel administration.
  

Jana (Barstow) Nairn (jana@goldenscraptire.com) has a Bachelor Degree in Agri-Business Marketing from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Jana has been with the company since June 1995 and is currently the company CEO/CFO overseeing finance, policy and public relations.

Rob Nairn (rob@rubberbark.com) has a Bachelor Degree in Agri-Business Marketing from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Rob has been with the company since August 2000 as the Sales Manager handling the sales and marketing of all products and services for Golden and affiliate Ag Link. In addition, Rob dispatches trucks and drivers for the collection and distribution of all products and services.
 

Brett Barstow (brett@goldenscraptire.com) joined the company full time in 1998 after many prior years of working in the company while also going to school. He has been the lead engineer for company-wide build projects, recently titled Plant, Property and Equipment Manager he is responsible for all equipment design, layout and implementation, as well as oversight of maintenance for all processing and transportation equipment.
 

Amber Barstow (amber@goldenscraptire.com) has a Bachelors Degree in Recreation Administration Commercial and Tourism Management from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. She has been with the company since 2001 and is the company’s Office Manager.
 

Manuel Vargas (manuel@goldenscraptire.com) has been with Golden since November 2005 and currently serves as the HR/Safety Manager.
 

Lance Stanford was promoted to Shop Manager for the company in October, 2009 after filling a number of other roles with the company for 1 1/2 years prior.  He is responsible for scheduling maintenance for all motorized equipment, equipment purchasing and leasing. 

Ben King (ben@goldenscraptire.com) joined the company in January 2009 as the Operations Manager. Ben has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Stanislaus State University. His tenure in manufacturing and materials processing has added great value to the company in a short period of time.
 

Michael Dunbar (mdcfo1@sbcglobal.net) serves as a financial advisor for the company. He has a Business Degree in Finance and Human Resources from Stanislaus State University. Michael has 16 years of experience as a Commercial Lender and 12 years of experience as a COO/CFO for a number of companies through his own consulting firm.
